Bicycles and surreys are only allowed on the street and in bike lines when they are available.

The sidewalk and Boardwalk/Pier area are strictly off limits to bicycles and surreys.

Only our Fat Tire bikes are permitted to go onto the beach/coast line for riding.

Occasionally you will see others riding on the sidewalk or off limit areas, however you may get fined if Police decide they want to give a ticket, in which case it will be your responsibility to take care of the fine in accordance with the city of Pismo Beach.

We understand things happen beyond your control and you could run into a flat tire during a rental, or in a more severe scenario maybe a pedal falls off. In those cases we will have you trade out for another surrey or bike. If none are available then we will refund you the amount of the rental. If anything like this occurs during your rental please call us or let us know as soon as possible so we can address the problem right away. If an issue occurs but you continue on with the full rental time without letting us know prior to the end of your time slot, we will be unable to refund your time.
