Frequently Asked Questions

You must be at least 18 years of age with a Valid I.D.

Upon arrival a copy of your Valid State Issued I.D. is required, along with a valid Debit or Credit Card for any incidentals relating to damage of rental. No Deposit is required.

Anyone under the age of 18 is required by law to wear a helmet while riding. We will be happy to provide helmets for anyone who needs them free of charge, even if you’re over 18.

In a surrey or bike, you must abide by traffic laws and use designated bike paths when available. The pier is off limits to surreys and bicycles, but feel free to use the bike paths along the beach and surface streets. Only our Fat Tire bikes are permitted and capable of riding on the beach itself.

We understand things happen and you could run into a flat tire during a rental, or in a more severe scenario maybe a pedal falls off. In those cases we will have you trade out for another surrey or bike. If none is available then we will refund you the amount of the rental. If anything like this occurs during your rental please call us or let us know as soon as possible so we can fix the problem.
