We do not require or offer reservations. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis so no appointment is necessary.
Upon arrival a copy of your Valid State Issued I.D. is required, along with a valid Debit or Credit Card for any incidentals relating to damage of rental.
You must be at least 18 years or older to check out a rental.
We cannot accept someone else’s ID or a picture of one, ID card holder must be present.
Helmet is required by law and all renters and riders are required to wear a helmet, helmet is included with your rental.
You are allowed to ride in the bicycle approved lanes and all places where bicycles are allowed by law.
You are NOT allowed on the sidewalk, boardwalk or Pismo Pier. You may be cited by the City of Pismo if you are seen in violation of bicycle rules.
If any issue with a rental occurs as a result of riding in the mentioned unauthorized areas, no refund or trade will be available.
We understand things happen beyond your control and you could run into a flat tire during a rental, or in a more rare scenario, maybe a pedal falls off. In those cases we will have you trade out for another surrey or bike. If none are available then we will refund you the amount of the rental.

If an issue occurs but you fail to let us know until the rental return we will be unable to provide a refund or trade out.
Pismo does not currently offer bike trails that go along the beach, there are marked bike lanes and riding along the coastline is an option (beach cruisers only).
Avila Beach offers a few options and you can ride there via an electric bike (2 hour rental recommended).
We do not offer repair services or bike parts of any kind.
